Terraced Raised Beds in Uckfield

I’m afraid we don’t have any photos to show it, but originally this steep garden was made up of an overgrown rockery with some uneven steps leading from the top to the bottom.

The Story

Our client was finding it increasingly difficult to maintain her garden and also get up and down the steps. We therefore ripped out the rockery and replaced it with 3 terraced raised beds with steps running down one side. The extra height on the beds makes them much easier to look after, and we installed a balustrade to hold on to when going up and down the steps for extra safety.

We filled the beds and left them ready to plant up at our client’s request, but once filled, they will look even better.
